Welcome to the next step of your home buying process. Now that you are in contract it is time to learn about your new home by having a home inspection completed. I have worked with a local inspection company to organize and present everything you need to know to complete this step of the process.

After you have reviewed the information below and are familar with the process you should select a home inspector to perform the inspection. I am providing a list of inspectors for you to review.
