CCPI are HSTI & InterNACHI certified; we use state of the art tools on site for your inspection. We inspect all types of Residential and Light Commercial properties. Your inspection report will contain high quality digital photos and a digital copy of your inspection is available within 24 hours of appointment.
We are staffed to take phone calls for appointments or information during regular business hours, during inspections and on the weekends. We take personal checks, cash and credit card payments and welcome all clients to be present during the inspection for peace of mind and for any inquires.
We are pet friendly as long as the pets are family friendly. We serve the surrounding 22 counties (which is 25% of the state).
We offer complimentary safety code accessories on site such as missing outlet and switch face plates. We never charge travel fees inside of our service area.
The CCPI team are lifelong Ohio residents and have been a part of the Columbus community for over 10 years, and have a great time volunteering with our favorite festivals and public radio stations.
